In 1997, through the help of a third party HR consulting firm, the top management of SFI initiated a Vision, Mission, Values and long-term planning for the entire organization. This laid down the Vision of the company for the future. More importantly, it has verbalized the purpose of the entire organization through its mission statements and it has given meaning to the company’s existence. (Pivot)
